At Nivriti Clothing, every product is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of premium designerwear, we do not offer returns or exchanges once a product is sold.

No Return / No Exchange

  • Products purchased from Nivriti Clothing are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

In the rare case that you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect product

You must contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please share:

  • Order number
  • Clear unboxing video
  • Images of the product showing the issue

Resolution Process

After reviewing the claim, Nivriti Clothing reserves the sole right to determine whether:

  • A replacement will be provided, or
  • A refund will be issued

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings or photography lighting
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Improper handling or misuse of the product
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period depending on the payment provider or bank.
